นโยบายการคืนสินค้าและคืนเงิน
สิทธิการคืนสินค้าตามกฎหมาย
ตามพระราชบัญญัติขายตรงและตลาดแบบตรง พ.ศ. 2545 ผู้บริโภคมีสิทธิเลิกสัญญาโดยแจ้งความประสงค์เป็นลายลักษณ์อักษรภายใน 7 วันนับแต่วันที่ได้รับสินค้า โดยไม่ต้องระบุเหตุผล
เงื่อนไขการคืนสินค้า
• กรณีเปลี่ยนใจ: สินค้าต้องยังไม่เปิดใช้งาน อยู่ในสภาพเดิมพร้อมบรรจุภัณฑ์ครบถ้วน
• กรณีสินค้าชำรุด เสียหาย หรือผิดรายการ: เราเปลี่ยนสินค้าใหม่หรือคืนเงินเต็มจำนวน โดยเราเป็นผู้รับผิดชอบค่าจัดส่งคืน
ขั้นตอนการขอคืนสินค้า
1. ติดต่อเราทางอีเมล nisarat@greenstead-th.com หรือหน้า Contact ภายใน 7 วันนับจากวันที่ได้รับสินค้า
2. แจ้งเลขคำสั่งซื้อ พร้อมรูปถ่ายสินค้า (กรณีชำรุด/ผิดรายการ)
3. ทีมงานตอบกลับภายใน 1–2 วันทำการ พร้อมแจ้งวิธีส่งคืน
การคืนเงิน
เราคืนเงินผ่านช่องทางการชำระเงินเดิมภายใน 15 วันนับแต่วันที่ได้รับหนังสือแสดงเจตนาเลิกสัญญา (กรณีบัตรเครดิต/เดบิต ธนาคารอาจใช้เวลาเพิ่มเติม 5–10 วันทำการตามรอบของธนาคาร)

Refund & Return Policy (English)
Under Thailand's Direct Sales and Direct Marketing Act B.E. 2545, you have the right to cancel your purchase by written notice within 7 days of receiving the goods, no reason required.
• Change of mind: items must be unused, in original condition with complete packaging.
• Defective, damaged, or wrong items: we will replace the item or issue a full refund, and we cover return shipping.
To request a return: contact us at nisarat@greenstead-th.com or via the Contact page within 7 days of delivery, with your order number and photos if the item is defective. We respond within 1–2 business days.
Refunds are issued to your original payment method within 15 days of your cancellation notice. Card refunds may take an additional 5–10 business days depending on your bank.
