At Super Leaf, we work hard to get your order packed and delivered as quickly and smoothly as possible.

Processing Time

Orders are typically processed within 1–2 business days after payment confirmation.

Orders placed on weekends or public holidays will be processed on the next business day.

During promotions, holidays, or high-volume periods, processing times may be slightly longer.


Shipping Within Thailand

We currently ship across Thailand using trusted courier partners.

Estimated Delivery Times

  • Bangkok & Metropolitan Area: 1–3 business days
  • Other Provinces: 2–5 business days

Delivery times are estimates and may vary depending on courier operations, weather conditions, or remote locations.


Shipping Fees

Shipping fees are calculated at checkout based on your location and selected shipping method.

We may occasionally offer:

  • Free shipping promotions
  • Flat-rate shipping campaigns
  • Same-day or express delivery in selected areas

These offers will be clearly displayed during checkout when available.


Order Tracking

Once your order has been shipped, you will receive a tracking number via email or SMS (if provided).

Please allow some time for tracking information to update after dispatch.


Incorrect Address Information

Please ensure your shipping address and contact details are correct before placing your order.

Super Leaf is not responsible for delays or failed deliveries caused by incorrect or incomplete address information provided by the customer.

If a package is returned to us due to an incorrect address, additional shipping charges may apply for reshipment.


Delayed or Lost Packages

While we do our best to ensure timely delivery, Super Leaf is not responsible for delays caused by:

  • Courier issues
  • Weather conditions
  • Natural disasters
  • Public holidays
  • Other circumstances beyond our control

If your package appears lost or significantly delayed, please contact us and we will assist in coordinating with the shipping provider.


Damaged Orders

If your order arrives damaged, please contact us within 48 hours of delivery and include:

  • Your order number
  • Photos of the package and damaged items

We will review the issue and work to provide a suitable resolution.
